USDA Breakfast Grant Reminder
The USDA is still accepting applications for the Fiscal Year 2023 School Breakfast Expansion Grants to provide schools with funds to prepare nutritious, appealing breakfasts with more whole grains and less added sugar and sodium. These grants of up to $10,000 per qualifying school can also boost participation in school breakfast by helping make it available during the school day.
Applications are due July 24, 2023, and awards will be made later this year.
